What to Expect

At Mind and Body Psychiatry, care is personalized, collaborative, and centered on your individual needs. The goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and informed while developing a treatment plan that fits your life.

Here's what to expect with your appointments:

 What a First Appointment Looks Like

During your first appointment, we will:

  • Discuss your current concerns and goals

  • Review your mental health and medical history

  • Talk through treatment options

  • Collaboratively create a care plan tailored to you

The intake appointment can take up to an hour. 

What Follow Up Visits Look Like

Follow-up appointments focus on how you’re feeling, how treatment is working, and any adjustments needed. Frequency of visits varies based on individual needs and treatment goals.

Follow up appointments can take up to 30 minutes.

 Telehealth Appointments

All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth portal, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home.
You will need:

  • A smartphone, tablet, or computer

  • A stable internet connection

  • A private, quiet space
